Just got my first oil leak!!!!
After 80k!! I need help ? Oil seems to be coming from the top of the engine. pooling up on the intake manifold. Has anyone encountered this? this oil leak seems to be pretty severe!!!

Check the oil lines on the hpop just under the fuel filter housing , or the valve covers they need to be taken off cleaned and reinstalled they have reuseable gaskets ,or check they crankcase breather on the valve cover the gaskets swell up and push out of place. These are a good place to start with.

Turbo pedestal o-rings toooooooo
My daughter's truck had the same leak...lots of oil in the valley and running down from the engine onto the ground.
I figured it was the turbo pedestal o-rings...a common failure on her year truck.
Towed to the dealership and discovered that it was a simple 30 cent o-ring that blew out on one of the connectors to the high pressure oil pump.
Ford o-ring was something like $3 and the labor was $97!

Look at it this way. If you had the 6.0 you would have had a few more problems on your hands.
