    P1211

Looking for some insite from the panel on this one. Today I had just serviced my truck (Oil & Lube) and on the way to work the CEL came on for about 20 seconds and then went off and then did it one more time and went off.

I hooked up my scanner and got the code P1211 (ICP above desired not controlable). Can anyone help me understand what this means?

    Thanks A Bunch

I dont know if you ever figured it out, but i had this same code once. Apparently, it has to do with your hpop system either over pressurizing or not being able to keep up with your injector needs. I got the code while i was haulin ace up the laughlin grade tuggin a trailer with a prerunner and a bunch of steel and a full fabrication shop in my bed. In my instance, I was essentially overdriving the hpop system because of my chip, and apparently it's fairly common with more stock trucks with standard hpop and a chip

I would actually buy one from Joey at TE who posted above as GSXRTURBOQUAD. He actually sells modded, brand new HPOPs for less that the dieselsite ones. Those are great for the stock and modded trucks as long as you are not running HUGE injectors. Plus joey is a site sponsor and his support is awesome!

In case we find ourselves starting to believe all the anti-American sentiment and negativity, we should remember England 's Prime Minister Tony Blair's words during a recent interview. When asked by one of his Parliament members why he believes so much in America , he said:
"A simple way to take measure of a country is to look at how many want in... And how many want out." Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you:
    1. Jesus Christ
    2. The American G. I.
One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.
